DESCRIPTION:Meet at the Dog in Harvington at 9:15 for a 9:30 departure\n\n&
 nbsp\;\n\nThe club will be attending this show after our  visit to the Ha
 llow Country Fair in 2018 was a success. As well as classic cars on show t
 here are plenty of activities throughout the day as well as stands etc.\n\

 dog show and music in the Arena.\n\nWe need to be onsite by 10:30 as the s

 w is replacing the Hallow Country Fair due to some legal issues surroundin
 g the original location of the Hallow Country Fair\, the new show and loca
 tion is approximately 3.5 miles from Hallow and has the same stalls and ev
 ents as would have been at the Hallow Show. Profits raised from the runnin
 g of the show are going to the Millennium Green Trust.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDirec

DESCRIPTION:The Red Cone Glass Museum have asked that we return again in 20
 19 for their Open Day event.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nOur classic cars need to be on 
 site by 9am at the latest. Drive into the main entrance towards the cone v
 isitor’s centre and wait for Neil\, Ellen or Nigel to direct you to suit
 able parking spot. If it becomes congested park in the public car park opp
 osite and wait to be called over to position your car.\n\nAll drivers and 
 passenger will be presented with a £2.50 voucher being only redeemable fr
 om a full English breakfast\, (normal price £4.95)\, at the onsite coffee
 . Please note that the cafeteria staff have requested that we do not all g
 o for breakfast at the same time.  Tea and coffee facilities will also be
  made available for us in a separate area.\n\nThe Black Country Classic Ca
 r club has been asked to exclusively provide classic cars for this event. 
 The cars will be on display at various locations around the site. We are h
 oping to support this event by providing 20 cars.\n\nAs this is an exclusi

 he event is an established Classic Car and Mini show typically attracting 
 over 600 display vehicles.\n\nThere will be a variety of private vehicles

  and convertibles\, kit\, custom and replica and American) plus a wide ran
 ge of club stands and displays from the likes of Arden MG Club\, Mercia Mi
 nis\, Minifixers\, Mini Cooper Register\, West Midlands Fords\, PMW Sporti
 ng Fords\, Stag Owners Club\, Reborn Classics\, R.S.S.O.C Halesowen and Wo
 rcester Retro.\n\nThe event also includes the Malvern Motorcycle Show invo
 lving various vintage and classic motorcycles and club displays from the l
 ikes of Norton Owners Club\, VMCC and the British 2 Stroke Club.\nCONCOURS
 \nThe vehicle concours is located in the event arena at the bottom of the 
 Wye Hall and provides a much-loved central feature to the event.\n\nAll ex
 hibiting vehicles will be included with the vehicle concours and judging p
 rocess overseen by experienced commentator and fans favourite Les Clayton.
  Les has worked at Classic Shows events for over 20 years and provides a f
 riendly and interactive commentary service to engage visitors throughout t
 he event. Les will coordinate the concours and will be assisted by experie
 nced judges with awards presented for a range of categories and culminatin
 g in the Club of the Show\, Car of the Show and Pride of Ownership categor
 ies.\n\nEach participating vehicle exhibitor also receives a complementary

DESCRIPTION:This years event has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemi
 c.\n\nThe Transport Festival boasts over 180 stunning pre 1984 vehicles di
 splayed in the Outer Bailey of the grounds of the castle. For the past 4 y
 ears we have had displays on both the Saturday and the Sunday due to the o
 ver whelming demand from car owners to be part of this event. For the firs
 t time this year\, there will be an autojumble - trade stands welcomed. On
  the Saturday of the event we encourage clubs to take part and the decades
  of vehicles that are displayed are reported and photograhed on by press f
 rom around the world.Tractors\, small commercials and motorbikes are displ
 ayed at the front of the castle for people to enjoy as they approach the c
 astle bringing the event into the town as well. We always welcome new entr
 ies into the event\, so if you're pre-1984 and fancy a fantastic day out e
 njoying the stunning surrounds of Ludlow Castle then this really is the ev
