Club Magazine – December 2017

The club Christmas dinner will be held at Ma Pardoes on Saturday 8th December at 7:30pm. The meal is £19.95 a head and please let Neil or Nigel know if you will be attending. A £5 deposit per person is required by the end of October

I’ve just read an article in May’s Classic Cars magazine stating that the MOT exemption is to be extended to fall in line with the 40 year rolling tax exemption.  That means both my classic cars will not require an MOT.  It does not state when it’s likely to come into force though.

The club van is back on the road after some extensive work over the winter. The rear arches have been replaced, and a significant amount of welding has been undertaken underneath to ensure that it’s now structurally sound again.
